SMS Terms

How our text-message program works, what to expect, and how to opt out.

Program Description

Maid4OKC operates an SMS messaging program for customers who request a cleaning quote or book a service. We use SMS to confirm quotes, send booking confirmations, deliver 24-hour reminders, notify you of arrival windows, and follow up after service.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the consent box on our quote form or by texting us directly at (405) 993-5030. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can always reach us by phone or email instead.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Most customers receive 2–8 messages per booking cycle.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Maid4OKC does not charge for messages, but standard rates from your wireless carrier may apply based on your plan.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will not send you SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

Changes

We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
