Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maid4OKC's cleaning services and website. By requesting a quote, scheduling a cleaning, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Maid4OKC provides residential cleaning services in the Oklahoma City metro area, including recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, and one-time cleanings. The specific scope of each visit is described in your quote and on our website.
Quotes & Estimates
Online estimates are based on the information you provide and are not binding until we confirm pricing in writing or by text. Final pricing may be adjusted after a walkthrough if actual conditions (square footage, condition, scope) differ materially from what was provided.
Scheduling, Arrival Windows & Access
- We assign an arrival window in the morning, afternoon, or as scheduled.
- Times are based on America/Chicago time (Central).
- You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the home at the scheduled time.
- If our team cannot access the home at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
- Same-day cancellations or lockouts may incur the full service fee.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept major credit cards and ACH; cash and check may be accepted at our discretion.
- Past-due balances may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted by Oklahoma law.
24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover refunds, credits, or work beyond the original scope.
What We Don't Clean
- Biohazards, pet waste, bodily fluids, mold, or hoarding-condition homes.
- Exterior windows above the first floor.
- High-reach areas beyond a standard 2-step ladder.
- Items that are damaged, broken, or otherwise unsafe to handle.
Damage & Liability
Maid4OKC is licensed, bonded, and insured. Please notify us of any damage within 48 hours of service so we can investigate. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, and in no event will exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items improperly secured.
Non-Solicitation of Staff
You agree not to directly hire, employ, or contract with any current or former Maid4OKC team member outside of our service for a period of 12 months following their last visit to your home, except by written agreement.
Tips & Gratuity
Tips are never expected and always appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to the cleaner.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
